Interlock tiles with design and pattern with special grip on top is laid for car porch and other areas in front and area near kitchen.Picture shows interlock tiles laid which do not have concrete base and thus allow rain water to fall down to earth unlike earlier floor tiles laid on concreted surface which do not allow water sinking into earth.This tile is thus ecofriendly

Fixing of cast iron gates

One Cast iron main gate of width 14 feet and another cast iron wicket gate of width 2.5 ft were fixed on concrete pillars of size,50 cmx 50 cm(three nos) after excavating the area for about 4 feet(120 cm).Old rubble work in the area well packed and tight due to continuous lorry runs for construction were completely removed to ensure proper concrete footing and base for the gate pillars.As the gates were very heavy,it was a tough job with more man power working for about a week to get the gate fixed in position along with concreting of support pillars.

Gates were raised sufficiently up from the ground level by about 23cm to take care of future level raising of the road in front.Picture show the gates immediately after fixing

We have obtained approval from Corporation of Cochin for compliance of construction as per approved Plan and as per Kerala Building rules as applicable as on date.Corporation has issued Completion of work and occupancy certificate for the building.We have already processed application for numbering of the building and tax assessment for the building from Corporation of Cochin
